In this way we can be sure to notify you of any emergency situations as
they may arise. If you would like a printout of your emergency call
list, please let us know and we'll send you one. |
Have you tested your alarm system
recently?

Your alarm should be tested at least
weekly to assure it's operation. Here's how:
- Call central station at (800) 499-3425.
Give operator your alarm number and let them know you are about to test
your alarm.
- Turn on your system. Be sure to wait at
least one minute for the exit delay to time out.
- Open any protected door or window to sound the
alarm. After about one minute turn system off.
- Call central station again to verify your signals
were received.

False Alarm Problems?

If your alarm should go off for no
apparent reason, please call us at (800) 542-4020. We can notify
central station not to dispatch the police on the offending zone until we
have a chance to service your system. In this way you can avoid
costly false alarm fines that may be imposed by the police department! |
